Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

Kheewa Incorporation is a business development consulting firm serving micro, small, and medium enterprises. The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and maintain web applications supporting consulting and portfolio management services. This is a full-time, remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications.
• Build and integrate front-end and back-end components.
• Implement responsive user interfaces.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews and testing.
• Optimize existing systems.
• Contribute to technical documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of development practices and tools.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Full-Stack Development and Software Development experience.
• Experience delivering production-ready web applications.
• Back-End Web Development skills, including server-side frameworks, APIs, and database integration.
• Front-End Development skills, including modern JavaScript frameworks and responsive UI implementation.
• Proficiency in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for styling, layout, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of web security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture principles.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Ability to manage priorities and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in business-focused or consulting environments and familiarity with MSME needs is an advantage.
