This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, requiring regular coordination with internal teams and active participation in meetings and planning sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support growth initiatives by identifying potential clients.
• Research markets.
• Assist in the development of outreach strategies.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Help with lead generation activities.
• Maintain databases of prospects.
• Support communication with potential and existing clients.
• Collaborate with the business development and customer-facing teams.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports that contribute to sales and partnership efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data and market trends.
• Effective Communication skills for engaging with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead Generation capabilities and an interest in sales or business development activities.
• Market Research skills to gather, organize, and report on industry and competitor insights.
• Customer Service orientation and a professional approach to client interactions.
• Basic understanding of technology or software solutions is beneficial.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) is preferred.
• Pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
