About the Role
FDE School is seeking a Gen AI Developer for a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru. This position focuses on designing, building, and deploying generative AI solutions to support FDE School’s programs, internal tools, and partner projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate AI models.
- Collaborate with instructors and product teams to translate educational and business needs into technical solutions.
- Maintain scalable, reliable systems.
- Implement model pipelines.
- Optimize performance.
- Work with real-world datasets.
- Contribute to AI-driven features in learning platforms and engineering workflows.
- Document solutions.
- Participate in technical reviews.
- Stay current with advances in generative AI.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Computer Science and Software Development foundation, including data structures, algorithms.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including training, fine-tuning, and evaluating deep learning models.
- Practical expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), especially in applying and customizing generative AI models (e.g., transformers, LLMs).
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices for deployment and monitoring.
- Ability to translate product and stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and implement end-to-end AI solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication.
- Willingness to work on-site and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), APIs, and version control (Git) is highly beneficial.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
