Car Driver

About the Role

• This is a full-time, on-site Car Driver role based in Delhi, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operating company or client vehicles.
• Following traffic rules.
• Ensuring passengers and goods reach their destinations on time.
• Daily vehicle inspection.
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness.
• Monitoring fuel levels.
• Reporting any mechanical issues.
• Interacting with passengers or clients in a professional manner.
• Following assigned routes or schedules.
• Keeping accurate records of trips and mileage.
• Supporting basic administrative or logistics tasks related to transportation as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Thorough knowledge of local routes in Delhi.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and adherence to safety and traffic regulations.
• Strong Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with passengers, clients, and team members.
• Customer Service and Service Quality skills to provide a courteous, comfortable, and reliable travel experience.
• Automotive knowledge to conduct basic vehicle checks, identify common issues, and support proper upkeep.
• Training-related skills, including willingness to learn and follow safety protocols, company procedures, and route instructions.
• Previous experience as a professional driver or in a similar transportation role is preferred.
