About the Role

Clients span e-commerce, edtech, fintech, and D2C. Focus is on driving measurable ROI through paid media, conversion optimization, and marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and emerging platforms to hit ROI and KPI targets.
- Analyze campaign performance daily, extract insights, and implement bid, creative, and audience adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with creatives and copywriters to A/B test ad assets and landing pages for higher conversion rates.
- Manage budgets across channels, forecast spend, and report campaign ROI to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Set up and monitor conversion tracking (UTM, pixels, GA4) and troubleshoot data discrepancies across platforms.
- Stay ahead of platform algorithm changes and industry trends to recommend proactive optimizations and test new tactics.
