Key Responsibilities

• Learn our business from day one while based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
• Get out into the community and establish relationships essential to building your own business.
• Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Learn to always put our customers first.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug, alcohol-related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years (e.g., DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales (e.g., commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, hospitality industry, military, athletics/team activities, or community/social/academic organizations).
