overads is building marketing that runs itself with a small, fast-moving team. This role supports the founder by taking ownership of key initiatives and decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Sit in on decisions regarding pricing, launches, hiring, and product development.
• Run experiments, analyze data, and develop actionable plans.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights.
• Identify and address operational gaps and challenges.
• Gain hands-on experience in startup building and scaling.

Qualifications

• High enthusiasm and a proactive approach.
• Preference for shipping quickly over perfection.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and cold outreach.
• Desire for direct involvement in startup operations, including successes and challenges.
• Curiosity is required.
