About the Role

NextGen E-Learning Hub is seeking individuals to promote and manage Job-Ready Courses and scholarship opportunities for college students. This is a full-time remote role focused on guiding students through the application process, explaining course and scholarship details, and assisting them in selecting suitable learning paths.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students through the application process.
• Explain course and scholarship details.
• Help students select suitable learning paths based on their academic background and career goals.
• Respond to student inquiries.
• Conduct online information sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of applicants.
• Coordinate with mentors and the academic team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Use online tools and communication platforms to share updates, provide reminders, and support students throughout their enrollment journey.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to clearly explain course structures, scholarship criteria, and career pathways.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using online platforms, video conferencing tools, and productivity software.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to understand academic and career contexts, with an interest in education, career counseling, or student support services.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college program; familiarity with student needs and campus environments is highly beneficial.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
• Prior experience in counseling, tutoring, campus ambassador programs, or education-related initiatives is a plus but not required.
