About the Role
SSP Structova Pvt Ltd is a civil engineering and construction firm focused on transforming architectural designs into durable, practical structures. Based in Bihar, India, the company works on both residential and commercial projects, providing structural design, engineering solutions, and turnkey construction services.
This full-time, on-site role in Patna involves supporting project engineers and site supervisors in daily activities related to structural design, planning, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with preparation of drawings and design documentation.
- Collecting and organizing project data.
- Helping with quantity estimation and basic site measurements.
- Contributing to monitoring construction progress.
- Documenting site observations.
- Coordinating with project teams to ensure work aligns with design specifications and safety standards.
- Basic support in project scheduling.
- Basic support in report preparation.
- Basic support in communication with internal stakeholders.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- AutoCAD, STAAD, or similar engineering software (basic familiarity beneficial).
- MS Office tools (basic familiarity beneficial).
Qualifications
- Foundational skills in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design.
- Basic understanding of structural analysis and construction materials.
- Skills in Water Resource Management, including a basic grasp of hydrology, drainage design, and sustainable water use in infrastructure projects.
- Skills in Project Management, such as organizing tasks, tracking progress, and supporting documentation for timelines and resources.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written reporting, professional verbal communication, and effective collaboration with project teams.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to follow safety practices.
- Ability to adapt to field and office environments.
