This is a full-time, on-site Research Assistant role based in Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities

• Support ongoing research projects.
• Collect data.
• Conduct literature reviews.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and academic manuscripts.
• Organize and maintain research records.
• Perform basic data analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and integrity of research outputs.
• May involve laboratory work.
• Coordinate with participants or stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for meetings and publications.
• Assist in administrative tasks related to research activities.
• Contribute to the improvement of research processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis abilities.
• Solid Research skills, including literature review and study design support.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting findings.
• Applicable Laboratory Skills for handling samples, equipment, or experimental procedures where required.
• Relevant academic background in science, social science, or related fields (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred).
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfort with basic computer applications and research tools; familiarity with statistical software is an advantage.
• Commitment to ethical research practices and willingness to learn new methods and techniques.
