Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver sales training programs to improve the performance and effectiveness of the sales team.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and role-plays.
• Develop training materials and sales playbooks.
• Coach team members on communication, customer interaction, and conversion techniques.
• Assess skills gaps.
• Monitor training outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to refine training content and methodologies.
• Support new hire onboarding.
• Reinforce best practices.
• Ensure training aligns with organizational goals and customer experience standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong Presentation Skills to deliver engaging, clear, and structured training sessions.
• Expertise in Sales Trainings and Training & Development to design, implement, and refine sales capability programs.
• Excellent Communication skills to explain concepts effectively and provide constructive feedback.
• Solid Customer Service skills to model and teach high-quality, learner-centric and prospect-focused interactions.
• Experience in sales, business development, or inside sales teams, preferably in education or technology-enabled services.
• Ability to analyze performance data, identify skill gaps, and translate insights into practical training interventions.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Management, or a related field.
• Training certifications are a plus.
