About the Role
Furniture Mart USA is seeking a Furniture Repair Apprentice. This full-time (40 hrs/wk) role operates Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM. The starting wage is $19.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair wood, leather, and upholstery.
- Perform mechanism replacements.
- Set the standard of excellence for the quality of merchandise.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Comfortable working with your hands.
- Talent for craftsmanship or enjoyment of carpentry projects.
- Desire to use artistic and technical skills.
- Must be able to lift in excess of 100 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Must pass a background check and drug test upon job offer.
Qualifications
- This is an apprentice role, indicating entry-level or less experienced candidates are welcome.
