About Perit
Perit builds AI and ML training data for frontier labs. We work across audio, image, video, and reinforcement learning environments, producing high-quality, human-generated datasets.
The Work
- Listen to recorded conversations between a person and an AI voice agent.
- Rate each agent turn on two criteria: what it said, and how it sounded.
- Provide a short written justification in your own words for each rating.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- A good ear for American English.
- Ability to notice vocal nuances such as robotic patches, voice identity shifts, and incorrect word stress.
- Strong listening comprehension to follow fast, casual, overlapping speech without frequent replays.
- Ability to provide specific, defensible written justifications for ratings.
- Original writing; AI-generated justifications will be rejected.
- Willingness to critically evaluate and label issues accurately.
- This is a writing job as much as a listening one.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required.
- Training will be provided.
Terms
- Pay: 20,000–30,000/month, depending on output.
- Type: Freelance.
- Commitment: 30–50 hours a week.
- Location: Fully remote.
