Relex Implementation Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced RELEX Implementation Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of RELEX Solutions for retail and supply chain planning operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RELEX implementations and a strong understanding of demand forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, and retail planning processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to translate business requirements into effective planning solutions and ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead RELEX implementation initiatives, including requirement gathering, solution configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze business processes related to demand forecasting, inventory management, replenishment, allocation, and space planning.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to define business needs, project scope, and success criteria.
• Configure and optimize RELEX applications based on client requirements and industry best practices.
• Coordinate data integration between RELEX and enterprise systems such as ERP, POS, WMS, and merchandising platforms.
• Support system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
• Provide functional expertise, user training, and implementation support during deployment and go-live.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, technical consultants, and project managers to manage deliverables and project timelines.
• Support change management and user adoption by helping business teams transition to new planning processes.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot functional issues, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Hands-on experience with RELEX Solutions implementation and configuration.
• Strong understanding of supply chain planning, retail operations, and merchandising processes.
• Knowledge of demand forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, and allocation.
• Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, functional testing, and UAT.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solution designs and implementation deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating RELEX with ERP, POS, WMS, or merchandising systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL, data validation, and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience supporting implementation projects through go-live and post-production stabilization.
• Familiarity with retail planning, inventory management, and demand planning best practices.
