About the Role

KG Invicta Services (KGiS) is seeking an Intercompany Reconciliation Analyst to join our finance team in Karnataka. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation of intercompany transactions, vital for maintaining the integrity of financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular intercompany reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Analyze discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and provide insights on intercompany activities.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during the audit process.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting, ensuring efficient handling of large datasets.
