Vybe is building a technology-led real estate platform to help property owners, investors, NRIs, and real estate professionals make better decisions. We combine technology, data, AI, and on-ground expertise to simplify property discovery, verification, advisory, and transactions. We are developing the Vybe Broker ecosystem and Vybe Offline Centres.

The Role

We are seeking a Product Intern to understand real-world problems and translate them into simple, useful products. Your focus will be on the Vybe Broker Journey and Vybe Offline Centre. This role involves working closely with brokers, customers, our operations team, and the product/technology team.

What You Will Work On

• Understand and map the end-to-end broker journey (onboarding, adding properties, managing buyer requirements, matching opportunities, tracking leads).
• Spend time with brokers and our team to understand workflows, pain points, and current ways of working.
• Help design and pilot the Vybe Offline Centre experience for brokers and property owners.
• Convert field observations and discussions into user stories, workflows, product requirements, and feature improvements.
• Work with product, design, and engineering teams to test new features and provide structured feedback.
• Participate in user interviews, product demos, and pilot sessions.
• Track product usage and identify user drop-off or struggles.
• Research relevant PropTech products and broker platforms for useful ideas.
• Help document SOPs and operating processes for scaling the broker ecosystem and offline centres.
• Support rapid experiments: launch, observe usage, learn, and improve.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Product, Business, Design, Management, or a related discipline.
• Genuinely curious about user behavior and motivations.
• Comfortable talking to people (brokers, property owners, internal teams).
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with basic product concepts (user journeys, workflows, wireframes, requirements).
• Willingness to spend time on the ground.
• Quick learner, comfortable in an early-stage startup environment.
• Based in Bengaluru and able to work in person regularly.
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Notion, AI tools, analytics, or prototyping platforms is useful, but curiosity and ownership are prioritized.

Internship Details

• Type: Internship – Full-time preferred, Part-time considered for strong candidates.
• Duration: 3–6 months, with potential for a longer-term opportunity.
• Work Mode: Primarily in-person / Bengaluru-based.
• Location: Bengaluru.
• Joining: Immediate / Flexible for the right candidate.
