About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated fresher to join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Executive. The candidate will be responsible for hiring staff for our own restaurants and hotel, primarily for Kitchen/Production and Service teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for our restaurants and hotel.
• Source candidates for Kitchen/Production and Service positions.
• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with restaurant and hotel managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Follow up with selected candidates until they join.
• Assist with day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Any bachelor's degree; 2026 batch students/graduates are welcome.
• Hotel Management students/graduates will be given preference.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge; MS Excel proficiency will be an advantage.
• Interest in recruitment and Human Resources.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

What We Offer

• Monthly salary of ₹12,000 – ₹15,000.
