Affiliate Marketing Specialist

About the Role

The Affiliate Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners, managing existing affiliate relationships, and optimizing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness for LM25 Aarogya India’s ayurvedic products.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new affiliate partners.
• Manage existing affiliate relationships.
• Optimize campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Monitor affiliate performance and track key metrics.
• Prepare regular reports to support data-driven decisions.
• Develop promotional strategies with affiliates.
• Coordinate online marketing assets.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Strong Affiliate Marketing and Online Marketing skills.
• Experience in managing and growing affiliate programs.
• Solid Digital Marketing and general Marketing skills.
• Familiarity with campaign optimization and performance tracking.
• Effective Communication skills, with the ability to build partnerships and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data, use affiliate and analytics platforms, and make informed recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple affiliate campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in e-commerce, health and wellness, or ayurvedic products.
