About the Role
FactSet creates flexible, open data and software solutions for over 200,000 investment professionals worldwide. The Diverse Content Teams collect financial statements of Public and Private companies, extract and analyze data from financial statements, and collect textual data such as Business Activities, Officers, and Shareholder information.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and process financial market data from various data sources into the team's database.
- Ensure the integrity of company financial market information.
- Provide timely, accurate, and reliable demographic and statistical financial market data to internal databases and internal/external clientele.
- Address audit resolutions and recommendations from the QC/Policy team based on specific guidelines.
- Fulfill research, analytical, and market study needs requested by external clients.
- Report and maintain records of work done on a timely basis.
- Share ideas and best practices for process improvement.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Computer Literacy to effectively use databases and software for content/data collection and processing.
- Good written & verbal communication skills.
- Numerical skills for understanding financial data.
- Analytical skills and detail orientation for data accuracy.
- Good knowledge of financial markets and accountancy.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce / Finance / Accounting with tenure of 3 years (UG).
- MBA tenure of 2 years (PG) or PGDM.
- Educational Criteria: B.Com Computers / BBA Finance / MBA Finance / M.Com Finance.
