About the Role

Manager – Operations & Student Engagement at VentureLab OS, located in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh, India. This is a full-time, on-site position.

VentureLab OS is an emerging EdTech startup focused on bridging the gap between education and industry by connecting students with practical skill development, career guidance, learning roadmaps, projects, and professional opportunities.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive individual to support the growth of VentureLab OS. The role involves coordinating student registrations, managing daily operations, building relationships with colleges and students, and helping to expand our student community. This role is suitable for someone with strong communication, leadership, organizational, and relationship-building skills who is excited to contribute to an early-stage startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and support startup activities.
• Coordinate student registrations and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate with students, colleges, and potential partners.
• Support student onboarding and engagement.
• Help organize educational programs, workshops, and career guidance activities.
• Assist with outreach, marketing, and student community development.
• Track registrations, enquiries, follow-ups, and operational progress.
• Prepare reports and share updates with the founder.
• Identify opportunities to improve student experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Confidence in communicating with students and institutions.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Arts, or a related field.
• Experience in operations, administration, student coordination, sales, or customer relations is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and leadership skills are welcome to apply.
