About the Role

• Full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.
• Supports the design and development of electrical systems for battery packs.
• Works closely with engineering teams to create and review schematics, layouts, and documentation.
• Offers hands-on experience in battery engineering, BMS development, power electronics, embedded communication, and system-level integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in electrical design calculations.
• Support power distribution and safety analysis.
• Contribute to component selection and validation.
• Collaborate on the integration of BMS and related electronics.
• Participate in testing and troubleshooting activities.
• Update technical reports and design records.
• Engage in cross-functional discussions to ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong fundamentals in electrical circuits, analog and digital electronics, and electrical measurements.
• Basic understanding of lithium-ion batteries, voltage/current ratings, electrical protection, and power systems.
• Familiarity with communication protocols such as CAN, I²C, UART, or SMBus.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and component datasheets.
• Willingness to work hands-on with hardware, laboratory equipment, and prototype battery systems.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a B.E./B.Tech or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.

Note: This is a paid internship role that will be converted to a full-time role after 3 months based on performance.
