About the Role

Summer Financial Analysts in the Power, Utilities & Renewables Group will work on a variety of transactions including both sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates, capital markets transactions, and creditor- and debtor-side restructurings. The group offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects that provide exposure to various financial advisory and investment banking products. Key Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of transactions including sell-side and buy-side M&A mandates, capital markets transactions, and creditor- and debtor-side restructurings.
• Gain exposure to various financial advisory and investment banking products.

• Excel

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree with a graduation date between December 2028 and June 2029
• Coursework in accounting and finance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• A fundamental understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and applications
• Strong analytical abilities
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of staff
