About the Role
In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build displays and end caps.
- Reset shelves with product rotation.
- Track inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- 18 years or older.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
- Able to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Possess reliable transportation to and from work location.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
- A motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
- Ability to work independently and possess successful team building skills.
- Ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
No prior experience is required as training and team support will be provided.
