About the Role
As a Junior Designer, you will work within a close-knit, design-focused studio environment, gaining exposure to the full spectrum of architectural and interior design processes. You will be part of a studio that values curiosity, precision, and strong design thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of project components under the guidance of senior designers.
- Produce diagrams, 3D models, drawings, renderings, and presentation materials.
- Assist in preparing working drawings, details, and documentation across project phases.
- Communicate clearly through written, verbal, and visual formats.
- Demonstrate strong conceptual design ability and integrate interdisciplinary inputs.
- Participate actively in team discussions and design reviews.
- Show foundational knowledge of materials, systems, codes, and construction techniques.
- Manage workload and meet deadlines with regular interaction with project leadership.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Rhino, Revit (preferred), and Adobe Suite.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
Qualifications
- Recent completion of B.Arch or equivalent architectural degree.
- Strong collaborative mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
