HR Associate
UniAthena
Key Responsibilities
- Build and run sourcing across job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent pools to keep pipelines full for multiple roles, and track which sources deliver quality hires.
- Screen candidates against role success profiles and knockout criteria, using candidate personas to separate real fit from surface fit.
- Match the assessment method to what each role needs to measure, using structured behavioural interviews, situational judgment tests, work samples, and weighted scorecards.
- Brief interview panels, standardize rubrics, and turn scores into clear, evidence-backed recommendations.
- Compare assessment scores with probation outcomes, performance, and retention, and refine methods based on what predicts success.
- Own onboarding as the employee's first experience, from pre-joining engagement to a structured 30-60-90 day plan with buddy and manager check-ins.
- Hold structured check-ins at key points such as day 30 and end of probation to understand motivation, fit, and early concerns, and flag risks to the HRBP.
- Run review cycles end to end, covering goal setting, mid-cycle check-ins, ratings, calibration support, and feedback documentation, so the process stays fair and consistent.
- Turn assessment, onboarding, and review data into insights on hiring quality, early attrition, and performance patterns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Psychology, or Business.
- 0-2 years of hands-on experience in talent sourcing and assessment, with onboarding and at least one full review cycle managed.
Key Skills Required
- Strong sourcing skills across channels, including the ability to engage passive talent.
- Working knowledge of assessment methods: structured interviews, situational judgment tests, work samples, and scorecards.
- Sharp understanding of people, reading motivation, behaviour, and fit beyond the CV.
- Analytical mindset.
- Clear communication, high ownership, and discretion.
