Role Focus: Financial Reporting, Account Management & Financial Operations

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated finance professional to join our team and support daily accounting activities, financial reporting, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting transactions, bookkeeping, and financial record maintenance.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and verify financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, reports, and account schedules.
• Monitor expenses, payments, and outstanding balances to ensure accurate records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and clients regarding financial matters.
• Identify discrepancies and assist in improving accounting processes and financial controls.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software is an advantage.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
