Key Responsibilities

• Support the merchandising team with sampling and order follow-ups.
• Coordinate with production, sourcing and quality teams.
• Maintain sample records, order trackers and merchandising documentation.
• Follow up on fabrics, trims and approvals to help meet delivery timelines.

Qualifications

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• A qualification in fashion, apparel or textiles is preferred.
• Prior work experience is not required.
