Technology & Platform Support Trainee

About the Role

Growthally Advisors is seeking a technology-oriented professional to assist in driving digital transformation. This role involves coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to identify, implement, and improve platforms and automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify suitable technology solutions and vendors based on business requirements.
• Assist in finalizing functional requirements and preparing BRDs.
• Coordinate regularly with technology vendors, developers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Track development progress and ensure deliverables align with agreed timelines.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue tracking, and go-live activities.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and reduce manual effort through technology and AI-enabled solutions.
• Assist in designing and generating reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Research emerging technologies and explore ways to improve current systems and processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience in technology coordination, platform development, business analysis, or digital project support.
• Strong understanding of requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Exposure to BRD preparation, UAT, and vendor management.
• Interest in automation, process improvement, and practical use of AI in business operations.
• Good analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into functional technology requirements.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a part-time, hybrid environment.
