Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as an operational expert.
• Master knowledge and skills to run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Gain hands-on learning with guidance, mentoring, and support.
• Engage with the community to build business relationships.
• Learn to excel in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Understand the importance of putting customers first.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree or current college student with no more than one semester remaining.
• Minimum of 6 months experience in two or more of the following:
• Sales: commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential.
• Customer service: in a service industry (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality).
• Management experience: leading a team.
• Participation: as an athlete on a professional, semi-professional, or varsity team.
• Leadership role: on campus or in community involvement.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 2 years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions (e.g., DUI, DWI) in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring future work authorization sponsorship.
