About the Role

Syniverse is seeking enthusiastic graduates to join our organization under the Graduate Apprentice Program. This program offers an excellent starting point for career growth, providing meaningful work experience and exposure to the business world.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in different functional areas for a 12-month period, actively participating in day-to-day business and projects.
• Benefit from professional and individual coaching.
• Undertake assignments designed to develop competencies, skills, and interests.
• Assist within a relevant department and learn about other aspects of the company.
• Prepare presentations and complete assigned evaluations and assessments.
• Attend all training and information sessions to acquire necessary knowledge and skills.
• Accept, respond to, and implement feedback.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Interest in working in the Technology/Telecommunications Industry.

Qualifications

• Full-time graduates with a record of First Class throughout their academics, including graduation.
• Academic fields: Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Cyber Security, Information Technology, Accounting, or related business/STEM fields.
• Must have passed each semester/year of engineering in the first attempt with no backlogs.
• Eligible candidates are those who appeared for final engineering examinations in the year of selection.
• Graduates must not exceed 3 years of completing their college education.
• Excellent organizing skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
