About the Role
Chaos Engine Labs (CEL) is a Bengaluru-based, AI-native casual mobile gaming startup backed by marquee investors, including Accel and BITKRAFT Ventures. You would own Product Design for our games end to end, and work directly with the founders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Product Design for our casual mobile games: core loops, onboarding, menus, meta and monetisation flows
- Turn rough game ideas into playable flows, wireframes and polished screens quickly
- Build and maintain a design system our AI agents and engineers can reuse across games
- Use player data and playtests to improve retention and engagement
- Work closely with the founders, game designers and engineers
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Full-stack design: UX, UI, micro-interactions, transitions and animation
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Rive, and Adobe MCPs
- Ability to drive designs through AI agents
- Ship fully developed, working prototypes, not just static screens
- Understanding that what looks good doesn't always work, informed by A/B tests
- A portfolio that shows both your thinking and your craft
- Comfort with speed, ambiguity, and owning outcomes end to end
