How You'll Make An Impact
In this role, you’ll work closely with ILS structuring and origination leads to deliver results for clients.
- Help design and execute ILS transactions.
- Coordinate with brokers.
- Prepare materials that make complex ideas clear and actionable.
- Manage projects.
- Support sales efforts.
- Develop new products that create value for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with brokers, clients, and team members.
- Analyze reinsurance and capital structures to find the best solutions.
- Support multiple projects at once while maintaining attention to detail.
- Help recruit, train, and mentor team members.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- A bachelor’s degree.
- The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms, whether in writing or presentations.
- Strong project management skills.
- A knack for problem-solving and data analysis.
- A proactive mindset and a team-focused attitude.
- A genuine interest in the (re)insurance and capital markets industry.
- Securities licensing (Series 7, 63, 79) or the ability to obtain these within 90 days of starting.
