Overview
Nuclear Care Partners provides in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by their work in the Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient-centered care directly in patients' homes. You will be supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
- Develop and follow individualized care plans.
- Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
- Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Tennessee.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
- Home health experience preferred but not required.
- Must pass pre-employment screenings.
