Shift Timings: 3:00 AM – 11:00 PM ( Monday - Friday ), 40 hours a week

Job Summary

Responsible for matching industrial coating colors on metal substrates by measuring, weighing, and mixing colorants, testing samples, and ensuring color and gloss meet customer specifications while following all safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Match paint colors and gloss levels to customer-provided samples.
• Measure, weigh, and mix colorants to achieve the required formulations.
• Prepare, label, and maintain color standards and customer samples.
• Use spectrophotometers and laboratory equipment to validate color matches.
• Adjust formulations to correct color differences and meet specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of formulations, measurements, and adjustments.
• Calibrate and clean laboratory equipment and prepare metal panels and samples using a metal shear.
• Follow chemical safety procedures, use required PPE, and maintain proper housekeeping.
• Obtain raw materials and supplies from the production area.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
• 2 years of industrial or plant experience preferred.
• Paint, coatings, chemical, or laboratory experience is an advantage.
