Team Leader - US Financial Sales
About the Role
- Work From Office role located at ENKAY TOWER, Gurugram.
- Part of a new set-up for the US Financial Sales Process.
- Hours: 8 PM - 5 AM, Monday - Friday.
- Fixed Saturday and Sunday Off.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a sales team in the US Financial Sales Process.
- Drive sales performance and achieve targets.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- US Financial Sales Process experience is a must.
- Team Leader (TL) / Assistant Team Leader (ATL) experience is preferred.
- Strong sales team-management skills.
- Excellent English communication.
