Junior Analyst

About the Role

The Junior Analyst role at BETA is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruvallur. This role supports product, operations, and business teams by collecting data, preparing reports, and performing basic quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring key performance indicators.
• Assisting in the documentation of requirements.
• Validating data accuracy.
• Helping translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand workflows, identify improvement areas, and contribute to testing and evaluation of new features or processes.
• Maintaining organized records.
• Participating in team meetings.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with data sets, perform basic analysis, and create clear reports and dashboards using common office and analytics tools.
• Strong skills in documentation, requirement gathering, and structured problem-solving to support product and process decisions.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• Interest in software products, digital platforms, and technology-driven business solutions; prior internship or project experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn new tools and techniques, adapt to evolving workflows, and grow into more advanced analytical responsibilities.
