Sr. Process Associate

About the Role

Siemens provides high-quality, cost-efficient Finance & Procurement services. This role is based in Bangalore and involves working with an integrated system and automated processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day FEMA / Trade Finance activities, including EDPMS and IDPMS-related monitoring and closure activities.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing in line with applicable FEMA and RBI guidelines.
• Perform reconciliations, ageing reviews, and follow-up of open items.
• Coordinate with Banks, Business, Finance, EXIM, and other stakeholders for timely closure of operational topics.
• Maintain process documentation, trackers, and compliance records.
• Support reporting, audits, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
• Work effectively with SAP, MS Office applications, and Microsoft Teams.
• Escalate exceptions and critical open items in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Graduate from Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Basic understanding of FEMA regulations and latest RBI guidelines.
• Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
