About the Role
The Operator role at Harkeshav Ayurveda is a full-time, on-site position based in Barwala. You will support daily manufacturing and packaging processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily manufacturing and packaging processes.
- Handle equipment.
- Monitor production lines.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Measure and prepare raw materials.
- Operate machinery according to guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
- Record basic production data.
- Coordinate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.
- Report any equipment issues.
- Follow standard operating procedures for ayurvedic product manufacturing.

- Basic technical and operational skills.
- Ability to operate and monitor manufacturing or packaging machinery.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical/herbal production is beneficial.
- Familiarity with ayurvedic or herbal products is beneficial.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent education.
