About the Role

The Video Editor will manage the end-to-end post-production process for marketing, promotional, and brand-related videos, ensuring alignment with White Flower Developers’ visual identity and communication goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble raw footage.
• Edit sequences.
• Apply transitions and effects.
• Synchronize audio.
• Perform basic sound cleanup.
• Perform color grading.
• Incorporate motion graphics and titles.
• Prepare final outputs optimized for various digital platforms and presentations.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand project requirements.
• Propose creative concepts.
• Deliver content on schedule.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for real estate, corporate, or marketing content.
• Skills in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visuals that align with brand standards.
• Skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, lower-thirds, infographics, and visual enhancements.
• Creativity.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong visual storytelling abilities.
• Understanding of social media and digital marketing formats.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Prior experience in real estate, architecture, or lifestyle video content is an advantage.
