About the Role
Urban Company is looking for proactive, driven, and result-oriented individuals to join its Repairs (AC) team as Business Development Associates. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contribute to business growth, and gain hands-on experience in business development and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day category operations and ensure smooth execution of business processes.
- Engage with existing and prospective service partners to strengthen and expand the partner network.
- Generate leads and drive the onboarding of new service partners.
- Address partner and customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Work towards business targets and improve operational efficiency and partner availability.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Must have access to a personal laptop.
