About the Role
The main task will be operating Equipment. Working hours are 12-hour shifts with biweekly rotation for day and night.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating Equipment.
- Manning of multiple machines.
- Logging machines accurately.
- Monitoring and awareness of equipment performance discrepancies with timely communication to your Lead.
- Running equipment based on current process specifications (e.g., procedures, change notifications).
- Organizing own workstations and ensuring 6S.
- Making suggestions to improve quality and safety.
- Participating actively in assigned on-the-job and other required training; asking questions to increase knowledge and abilities.
- Completing certification requirements by demonstrating understanding and abilities.
- Receiving and understanding pass down, providing clear, accurate, and detailed pass down.
- Seeking and providing feedback to leadership, coworkers, and support groups.
- Offering suggestions towards improvements when appropriate.
- Seeking clarification when in doubt.
- Partnering with key team members to continuously improve critical metrics, leveraging Generative AI insights where applicable.
- Identifying and promptly reporting hazards.
- Following safety protocols.
- Using accurate lifting techniques and working in an ergonomically manner.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Demonstrate ability to use computer-based programs and applications to perform daily duties.
- Provide machine coverage during breaks.
Qualifications
- Experience with memory and storage solutions is implied by company focus, but not explicitly required for the role.
