About the Role
We are seeking Sewing enthusiasts to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in producing our seating line according to quality standards and customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines to sew fabric pieces together according to patterns and instructions.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform basic maintenance on sewing machines to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Qualifications
For Experienced Sewers
- Proven experience as a Sewing Machine Operator.
- Familiarity with various upholstery fabrics (vinyl, leather, etc.).
- Experience with industrial sewing machines.
- Ability to read and interpret sewing patterns and instructions.
For Learners
- Strong interest in sewing.
- Training program available for those interested in learning.
