Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one, based out of a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Act as a behind-the-scenes operational expert.
• Master knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
• Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands-on learning environment.
• Engage with the community to establish relationships essential to building your own business.
• Learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
• Understand the importance of putting customers first.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have 6 months cumulative experience in the last 5 years in any of the following:
• Sales (e.g., commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential)
• Customer Service (e.g., retail, serving/restaurant/bar, hospitality or call center)
• Leadership (e.g., management, military, athletics/team activities, clubs, organizations or community involvement)
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 civil moving violations on driving record in the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
