About the Role
The Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on travel options.
- Create customized itineraries.
- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements including transportation, accommodations, and activities.
- Handle reservations.
- Respond to inquiries.
- Provide timely, accurate information about destinations, pricing, and travel regulations.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.

- Ensure a smooth travel experience from initial consultation through post-trip follow-up.
- Coordinate with travel partners.
- Maintain booking systems.
- Support promotional activities to enhance client engagement.
