About the Role

IOCB Boston is seeking talented individuals to join the Metabolomics Group in our Cambridge MA location. This individual would execute a project studying drug and small molecule ingress into various cell types or organoids and, eventually, organs in vivo. This project would involve generation of a chemical library, execution of cellular screens for molecule ingress, and analysis of large data sets that result from these screens.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Mammalian tissue culture
• In vitro analysis of protein-small molecule interactions
• Chemical library design
• Mass spectrometry data acquisition and analysis
• Machine learning analysis of large data sets

Qualifications

• PhD in biology, chemistry, chemical biology or similar field.
• Strong publication record in their field.
• Experience with and proficiency in the relevant skills.
• Organoid experience a plus but not required.
