  • Support purchasing system, master data, reporting, and process improvement initiatives that increase accuracy and operational effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain purchase orders based on approved purchasing requirements, established parameters, and direction from Buyers or management, ensuring dates, quantities, pricing, lead times, and supplier information are accurate and current.
  • Prepare purchasing, inventory, supplier performance, PPV, cost, and other procurement reports for Buyers and management on a timely basis.
  • Support cost and PPV analysis by maintaining pricing information, identifying variances, and preparing supporting analysis to inform purchasing decisions.
  • Follow up on overdue purchase orders and communicate changes or potential supply concerns to the appropriate Buyer or management with urgency and precision.
  • Apply AI and technology to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
  • Use data and digital tools to inform decisions and enhance performance.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in adopting new technologies and ways of working.
