About the Role

The Mechanical Engineer will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of mechanical components and systems. This is a full-time, on-site role at the Hyderabad facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and reviewing mechanical designs.
• Preparing detailed drawings and models.
• Collaborating with production teams to ensure manufacturability and quality standards.
• Supporting research and development activities.
• Analyzing performance data.
• Recommending improvements to processes and products.
• Assisting in project planning.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Ensuring work meets safety, cost, and delivery requirements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools.
• Capability in Project Management.
• Experience or interest in Research and Development (R&D).
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, tolerances, and quality standards is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering principles, including materials, mechanics, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Machine Design.
• Ability to develop robust, efficient, and safe mechanical systems.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site with multidisciplinary teams.
