About the Role

The NoMI Collective is seeking friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Retail Associate. We are passionate about creating a fun and welcoming shopping experience while sharing thoughtfully curated collections inspired by Northern Michigan.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, helpful customer service.
• Assist guests with products, styling, and fitting rooms.
• Learn our products, promotions, and current collections.
• Process purchases using our POS system.
• Restock, fold, hang, and merchandise products.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually inspiring boutique.
• Assist with inventory counts and other daily store operations.
• Work alongside the team to create a positive and professional environment.
• Follow boutique policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable working with customers.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in fashion, retail, and the Northern Michigan community.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 35 lbs.
