About the Role
- Hiring New Graduate RNs at West Boca Medical Center.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high quality, safe, cost-effective, total nursing care to all patients utilizing the nursing process.
- Assume responsibility for overall coordination and integration of patient care based on the needs of the patient and family members.
- Direct care according to established standards of safety, risk management, and infection control, with the goal of discharging the patient with an optimum level of care provided.
- Utilize evidence-based practice in accordance with professional standards.
- Adhere to the Florida State Nurse Practice Act.
- Review orders/test results and document care delivered accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Registered Nurse - licensed in the State of Florida.
- American Heart Association BLS.
- ACLS.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Preferred Education: BSN.
