About the Role
Intellectual Productions, a unit of Kaustubh Naik Ventures Private Limited, is expanding its structured media and performance execution ecosystem. We specialize in high-impact content creation, brand positioning, performance marketing, and revenue-focused digital growth. We are hiring disciplined, execution-focused Video Editors who understand storytelling, structure, retention, and platform optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-retention content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and digital platforms.
- Structure content for engagement, watch-time, and performance.
- Work closely with scripting and content teams.
- Maintain brand consistency and platform alignment.
- Deliver on deadlines within structured workflow systems.
- Optimize videos for performance-driven marketing campaigns.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong command over Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve.
- Understanding of pacing, hooks, storytelling, and audience psychology.
- Experience in short-form content editing.
- Ability to follow structured content systems and SOPs.
- Discipline in revisions and quality control.
Qualifications
- Onboarding and practical training will be provided at our Mumbai office for up to 3 months before city deployment.
- Compensation structure:
- Freshers: Starting CTC ₹2 LPA
- 2+ Years Experience: ₹3.5 LPA onwards
- 3+ Years Experience: ₹5 LPA minimum
- Senior and High-Performance Profiles: Up to ₹12 LPA
- Performance-linked growth and structured leadership pathways available.
